Roswell River Parks Master Plan

The 2016 Roswell River Parks Master Plan establishes a vision for approximately 3.3 miles of waterfront public spaces along the northern bank of the Chattahoochee River, including six city-owned facilities. The Master Plan incorporates plans for Willeo Park, Azalea Park, River Landing, Riverside Park, Ace Sand, and Don White Memorial Park. Ace Sand is the first of these sites to receive design funding to implement this vision.

Ace Sand Scope and Phasing

The Ace Sand project will be developed in phases. Construction-level designs will be completed for Phases 1 and 2 by spring of 2021. Phase 3 designs will progress on a separate timeline depending on funding and permitting.

Construction funds have not yet been allocated for this project.
